The BPO market in the Philippines has undergone significant consolidation recently and that has created a unique role for SupportSave. Aina is responsible for treasury management and social responsibility initiatives of the company. She’s been a core member since inception and significantly contributed in growing the company. Aina previously managed servicer-delivery and client servicing activities for SupportSave and recently took on the philanthropic role on the company behalf. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Philippines. |

Joseph S. Duryea
President Board Member |
Joe brings over 25 years experience in the BPO industry, having held senior management positions with several large global services organizations. Immediately prior to joining SupportSave, Joe headed sales and marketing for PeopleSupport, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSPT), and was part of the management team that grew the company from $50 million to over $150 million in just four years. In late 2008, PeopleSupport was purchased by Aegis BPO, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Essar group, in a $250 million dollars cash transaction. Previous to PeopleSupport, Joe led sales organizations and held senior management positions at American Express (AXP), Convergys (CVG), IBM and Softbank. Joe has extensive global experience in working with Fortune 1000 companies on multi-million dollar BPO solutions across North America, Europe, India, Philippines and Australia. Joe is based in Omaha, Nebraska and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Nebraska.

Hon. Richard Halprin Board Member

Richard Halprin, graduated from Michigan State University in 1986 with a Multidisciplinary Degree in Political Science and Economics and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1989. Specializing in criminal law, family law, juvenile rights and small business litigation and strategies, he is a founding member of the Michigan Children's Law Center and guest instructor with the Honorable Fred Mester in Oakland Community College's trial practice course. In 2006, Mr Halprin was appointed magistrate in the 45b District Court for the State of Michigan. |

Blayne Shell

Blayne leads our sales efforts in Americas and has over 20 years experience in the contact-center industry. Blayne has worked both on the client and supplier side, starting his career with MCI where he spent 10 years before moving to Gateway Computers. Subsequently Blayne has worked for several multinational outsourcing providers like, Sykes, Client Logic and SITEL where he helped several companies outsource to domestic, near-shore and offshore locations. Blayne holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Wichita State University.

Prateek Hastir

Prateek is responsible for the company’s overall strategy and business development activities. He brings a decade of experience in the offshore outsourcing industry, having worked for multinational service providers both in India and the Philippines. Previously, he headed Business Development for PeopleSupport Inc, where he was responsible for bid-management, solution design, and inside-sales. Earlier, Prateek held business development and services marketing positions with IBM, and Patni Computer Systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications. |

Beatrice White
Operations Manager |
Beatrice is responsible for service delivery and center management. She started with SupportSave as one of the first dedicated reps and rose up the ranks, demonstrating high performance and strong leadership qualities. She brings strong floor-management fundamentals and supervisory background, having previously worked for DELL’s captive center in Manila. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from the University of Sto. Tomas.

Teresa is responsible for HR management including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations & development. She brings extensive experience in HR and facilities management, and has worked with several contact center companies including Sykes most recently. Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Cebu State College of science and technology.
